Pricing and Payment

The total cost for the services is specified in the invoice and is exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged separately. Payment is required upon invoice receipt. Payment constitutes acceptance of terms and authorization to proceed.

Rights and Usage

Optigent retains the right to repurpose completed work for promotional activities unless otherwise negotiated. Upon service delivery, all work rights transfer to the client, contingent on full payment. Any uses beyond the original scope require separate written agreements.

Liability

Optigent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the deliverables. The company bears no responsibility for content performance post-delivery. Additional work or modifications require new agreements with separate terms.
